R K Energy Engineering has prepared numerous grant applications on behalf of clients for capital funding and funding of demonstration projects. We have a success rate of over 90% and have obtained over $50 million in capital funding for our clients in the past three years. Most of these projects have been for emerging and sustainable technologies. Examples of the grant writing projects we have undertaken in the recent past include the following:

• Connecticut, USA – chemical manufacturing plant – 5 MW fuel cell CHP plant – grant from CCEF and right to negotiate power sales contract
• Alberta, Canada – university – capital cost sharing grant from Govt of Alberta for micro turbine and absorption chiller based CCHP plant
• Calgary, Canada – supermall – capital cost sharing grant from City Govt for fuel cell based CCHP plant
• New Jersey, USA – US naval base – capital cost sharing grant from NJCEP for fuel cell based CCHP plant
